+ 100% pure natural honey naturally harvested from the Central Highlands (honey harvested from highland regions with cool year-round temperatures results in better quality honey).

+ C4 sugar index ~0% (the C4 index is an international standard used to check whether honey has been adulterated with added sugar, mainly cane sugar or high-fructose corn syrup; this index is generally used by authorities to trace the origin of the Glucose and Fructose sweetness. Internationally, a C4 sugar content of up to 7% in honey is accepted.
